Zhuo Yang, with a Ph.D. in Philosophy and a post-doctoral degree in Law, is an Erasmus Mundus International Exchange Visiting Scholar. She is currently serving as an Associate Professor at the School of Foreign Languages, East China University of Political Science and Law, as well as a part-time researcher for the “Global China Program” in New York University Shanghai. She has also undertaken academic studies and visits in institutions including Pompeu Fabra University in Spain, Victoria University (Australia), Hong Kong Baptist University, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Portland State University in the United States, University College London in the United Kingdom, and New York University Shanghai. Yang is now independently leading the 2021 National Social Science Fund project and the 2019 Ministry of Education Social Science Youth Fund project. She also offers courses such as “Legal Translation Research”, “Theory and Practice of Legal Translation” and “Intelligent Manufacturing in China and Technical Writing”.
