From the ground up, we have developed the first systematic information experience measurement model in the ICT sector. Based on the Information System Success Model and driven by the vision of “easy access, easy use, easy feedback”, the model involves key elements of the user journey. It enables full digitalization for “identifying valuable clues, discovering root causes, and figuring out improvement trends”, allowing real-time measurement of information experience competitiveness and enabling products to self-analyze and self-improve. By combining subjective and objective evaluations with user behavior analysis, we establish a measurement baseline, with the results supporting business value demonstration and driving continuous improvements in information experience.
